Cancellation Policy
Saltaholic Fishing Guided Services – Terms & Conditions By booking online, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following 1. Liability Rock & surf fishing involves uneven terrain, slippery surfaces, and changing conditions. While safety measures are taken, Saltaholic Fishing Guided Services is not responsible for injury, accident, loss, or damage. Clients must wear proper footwear and exercise caution. 2. Fishing Licence A valid SA recreational fishing permit is required. A copy must be sent via WhatsApp before the trip. You must carry a physical or digital copy, as inspectors may request it. 3. Legal Limits & Conservation We strictly follow SA fishing laws (size, bag & bait collection limits). Clients may keep legally sized fish, but catch-and-release is encouraged, especially for rare or protected species. 4. Safety & Spot Selection Fishing spots are chosen with productivity and safety in mind. The guide may change locations if conditions are unsafe or unproductive. 5. What’s Included Fresh/preserved bait, rod, reel, traces, tackle, and instruction on trace building, bait presentation, and water reading. 6. What to Bring Recommended: sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, warm clothing, fishing shoes/boots/takkies, drinks/snacks/meals, personal medication. 7. Expectations Fishing is unpredictable. While we target species and maximize your chances, catches are not guaranteed. You will gain valuable fishing skills and knowledge. 8. Booking & Payment Trips must be booked and paid 48 hours prior to your trip. Proof of payment can either be emailed to salatholicguides@gmail.com, or sent via Whatsapp 076733337. Payments are non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed within 3 months of original booking (subject to availability). If cancelled by Saltaholic due to weather or unforeseen events, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. Booking Disclaimer By booking, you agree to these terms. No refunds except if cancelled by Saltaholic. Rescheduling allowed once within 3 months (availability permitting). Trips may be refunded/rescheduled only if cancelled by Saltaholic for safety/weather reasons.
